I do art as a hobby, dabbling in both illustration and character designing!Currently I'm studying a certificate IV in Youth Work! Q: What do you use to make art?
A: Currently I use Clip Studio Paint Pro on my desktop! My tablet is a Wacom Intuos Pro (A3). I've had this tablet for a few years now and it hasn't failed me yet.☆Q: How long have you been creating?
A: Since forever! I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and don't plan on stopping any time soon. I think?? I started making money off of it in 2021, though :)☆Q: Have you followed an art education?
A: Nope! Outside of the Bare Basics in highschool art classes, it's all self taught babeyy, and I'm still learning! I have.. thought about attending animation universities, but I doubt that's happening any time soon☆Q: How should I contact you?

A: That's just how I am! Logically, part of it is probably the ADHD/ Autism, and that's given me some sort of need to be as silly and un-serious as possible.

‣ By ordering my services, you henceforth agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“TOS”), and as such have read and understand them to the best of your ability.‣ If at any point I suspect you have not read/ agreed to my TOS, or are otherwise ignoring and/ or breaking them, I hold full right to refuse further service.‣ “Refusing Service” may come in the form of canceling, declining, refunding, or blacklisting.‣ If you are not comfortable with these terms, or are otherwise unwilling to follow them, you may not order from me.‣ I do not allow my creations to be used for AI, NFTs, or other Crypto and image generation “services”. USER AGREEMENT

‣ You agree that my work will not be redistributed outside of personal, non-profit usage unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with me, and will provide image any credits to me.‣ Should you break this agreement, you will be added to my blacklist without appeal, and with minimal warning if any.‣ By commissioning me, you agree you have read and understood the following terms.

GENERAL

The Client

“Client”: You, the Commissioner and/ or supporter of Neurocosmic.

‣ 1.1: You will be expected to read and understand my terms of service and prices before ordering from me.‣ 1.2: You may display your completed commission on external sites (social media, servers/ group chats, etc), provided you link and credit the work back to me.

‣ 1.2.1: If I do not have a handle on said site, you will instead link this carrd.
‣ 1.2.2: You may not upload progress shots or sketches unless otherwise discussed.

‣ 1.3: You may use your completed commission for personal use, including but not limited to: avatars, device wallpapers and backgrounds, and personal website/ profile displays.‣ 1.4: You reserve the right to print or otherwise recreate a physical copy of your completed commission, provided the usage is purely personal- ie: not for sale or redistribution.‣ 1.5: You may not claim my work as your own, nor redistribute it as such.‣ 1.6: I reserve rights to the artwork, meaning you may not redistribute it for any
external projects, commercial nor non-profit (eg: mugs, shirts, charms, etc) unless otherwise discussed.‣ 1.7: You are not authorised to modify, edit, or otherwise change my artwork.‣ 1.8: You are not authorised to trace, copy, or take “heavy inspiration” from my artwork, including in using it as a base, “completing” sketches, etc.‣ 1.9: Any attempt at harassment to secure a slot in my queue is not tolerated, this includes but is not limited to inappropriate comments, extensive attempts to bargain, and bribery. I hold the right to put you on my blacklist without warning if any of this occurs.‣ 1.10: Clients who have commissioned or otherwise received work from me before this update went into effect are still bound by its contents.‣ 1.11: If otherwise not present, You are welcome to add a signature or watermark to the completed commission, marking it as my creation and intellectual property. Credit in some form is still required, whether this indication is present in the piece or not.

The Artist

“Artist”: Myself, Neurocosmic, the creator of the commissioned piece(s).

‣ 2.1: By commissioning me, you are hiring my services as an artist only.‣ 2.2: I may post the completed commission to my gallery, portfolios, and social media(s). If you would rather I didn’t, make it known and I will happily oblige. Failure to speak up may result in it being posted anyway.‣ 2.3: I reserve the right to decline or cancel any project or client, for any reason.‣ 2.4: I reserve the right to refund your commission in full if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

DESIGNS

General

‣ 3.1: You will be expected to read and understand my terms of service and design rules. You are subject to them regardless of who you received the design from, as long as it is currently in your possession.‣ 3.2: You are welcome to resell/gift/trade my designs for anything you see fit, provided you do not upsell them for ridiculous amounts (eg: reselling a $35 design for $250, without any value added through commissions and etc)‣ 3.3: If you were scammed using my designs, I do not owe you anything, nor does the actual, current owner of the design, and neither are obligated to reimburse you.‣ 3.4: I will not reference other peoples OC’s or artworks for customs, please do not ask. You will be put on a greylist, and the original artists/ designers will be warned.‣ 3.5: You may not claim credit for my designs, and are expected to keep my credit somewhere on the toyhouse profile. If you redesign the character, you are welcome to put the original + credit to me in a separate tab, provided it stays visible.‣ 3.6: Additionally, you may not claim I created a design when I did not. Even if I am a redesigner, please keep credit to the original artist.‣ 3.7: All of my original designs are to stay on toyhou.se if uploaded there, and existing profiles may not be deleted unless discussed with me. If you do not have an account on toyhou.se, I will happily provide an invite code.‣ 3.8: You are not permitted to change, modify, or edit my art.‣ 3.9: You are not permitted to take heavy inspiration, colourpick, nor make a carbon copy of my designs.‣ 3.10: You are welcome to redesign and/or overhaul my designs however you see fit, provided credit to me for the original is kept visible somewhere on the profile, even if tucked in a separate tab- and, if sold/traded/gifted, both versions are kept together.‣ 3.11: You may co-own my designs, but it is not my responsibility if issues come up regarding the co-ownership. Do not contact me about it.‣ 3.12: You are not permitted to void or delete my designs. If you do not want it anymore, and can’t “get rid of it”, you are welcome to give them back to me.‣ 3.13: You are not permitted to use my designs to promote or romanticise pedophilia, beastiality, homophobia, racism, political themes/ propaganda, or other hate speech/ "controversial" themes.

Offers, Bids, and Payment Plans

‣ 4.1: As of writing these terms, any payment is only accepted through Paypal. Any and all prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar). You are expected to convert accordingly if needed, to prevent confusion from either party.‣ 4.2: I, the Designer, hold the right to back out of, or decline offers for any reason.‣ 4.3: You, the Client, may back out of offers for any reason, though I request some warning is provided (eg: “I have to back out, sorry.”). However, if this continues to be repeated over multiple designs, you will be greylisted and possibly banned from making future offers.‣ 4.4: If you ghost me, or continuously rescind your bid on BTA’s (“Bid to Adopt”s, Design Auctions), you will be banned from future bids.‣ 4.5: Please have your bid ready to pay within 24hrs of me contacting you, unless the bid states that payment plans and/or holds are accepted.‣ 4.6: Holds may not exceed 1-2 weeks, and payment plans cannot last longer than 2-3 months, though if we have worked together before this can be discussed and changed to suit.‣ 4.7: Payment plans, if accepted, need at least 25% put down, upfront (aka within 24hrs). This goes for autobuys, bids, and offers alike.‣ 4.8: Never offer outside what you can comfortably provide, and only bid with money you actually have. This isn’t so much a rule as a personal preference. Do not strain yourself just for a silly design!

COMMISSIONS

Ordering

‣ All commission requests are to be submitted via Discord Direct Messages (DMs), or elsewhere only if specified by me.‣ Placing a request does not grant you a place in my queue, though I will freely give quotes and price estimates following your request. Additionally, if there is something “wrong” with your request, this is where I shall let you know.‣ Following the provided forms for each commission type is appreciated but not required, as long as you’re clear about what you want, or are otherwise willing to elaborate if/ when requested.‣ Before sending any transactions, you are required to wait for a reply so we can discuss your order. Do not prematurely send me money.

Payment

‣ I am not responsible for any mistakes that you make regarding payment.‣ You are welcome to request payment plans, though you will still be required to pay at least 50% of your total upfront.‣ Holds may be discussed, though if there are limited slots open and someone can pay faster, they are welcome to take it.‣ Once agreed upon, payment is to be 100% of your total upfront (unless otherwise discussed) in order for me to start your commission. If we’re doing a payment plan, you will not receive the full, finished piece until I have received the entirety of your total.‣ All of my prices are listed in AUD, and are only taken via Paypal at this time. Ensure you calculate your conversions correctly as needed.

‣ Please ensure you deselect any shipping options that may pop up. You will not be receiving a physical item, and forgetting to do so may cause Paypal to withhold your money from me.

‣ Do not prematurely send me money. Wait until I have confirmed that I will take your commission, AND have asked for payment.‣ If payment is not made within a timely manner (48hrs at most, barring holds), I will cancel the commission. Repeated accounts of ordering and failing to pay will result in being put on my blacklist.‣ After I have received at least 50% of your total, you will be placed in my queue, and your commission will be started ASAP.

Process

‣ After I have received at least 50% of your total, you will be placed in my queue, and your commission will be started ASAP.‣ While I’m working, you will receive progress shots, and with them multiple chances to request modifications. It is up to you to speak up on desired changes, as I cannot read your mind.‣ I do not work in any particular order through my queue, though older items will have a slight priority. I tend to hop between projects, working on whatever I’m motivated to at the time. If someone’s commission is finished before yours despite being “later” on the list, please don’t be offended or otherwise upset.‣ Your order may take as little as 1-2 days and as much as 2-3 months and up to complete, depending on my IRL circumstances and wellbeing. You’re welcome to contact me with any concerns after 1-2 weeks since the last update, but do not spam me.‣ I refuse to work under deadlines due to the nature of my disabilities. If you try and put me on a deadline, especially without discussing before ordering, I will be canceling your commission, no questions asked.‣ Please be aware that there are bound to be visual differences in my art style. While I will try and make the piece look well-finished, I physically cannot guarantee that your finished product will resemble the examples in my gallery.

Refunds and Chargebacks

‣ I can refund 100% of what you have paid me ONLY if I have not started on the sketch.‣ If we have agreed on a Payment Plan and you request a refund before I begin sketching, I will only give back what you have paid me. ie: Do not ask for your entire total back if you have only paid 50% of it.‣ Once I have started the sketch, I will not take refund requests.‣ I will only refund 80% if there are issues with fees, taxes, and/or transfer fees.‣ If I cancel your project, 100% will be refunded.CHARGEBACKS
‣ You are not permitted to issue a chargeback for any reason.‣ If for any reason your account malfunctions or authorizes a request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as you find out in order to resolve the issue.‣ You are required to contact me and make it clear when you need to cancel an order.‣ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me prior to cancel/ refund your project will result in me blacklisting you, as well as your email, anyone sharing your PayPal account, and any side accounts.
